Metrics Review
Metrics Review is a structured process where Product Teams regularly evaluate the effectiveness and alignment of the outcome metrics set for Stream Teams with the overarching business goals. This activity aims to verify that the metrics are indicative of success and contribute to strategic objectives.
Goal
The primary goal is to ensure continuous alignment between the activities of Stream Teams and the strategic goals of the business, adjusting metrics as necessary to reflect evolving priorities and insights.

They need to validate these assumptions regularly to ensure that the metrics are delivering the desired business impact.
