Purpose

It also provides a clear framework for evaluating the team’s performance and aligning their efforts with the broader organisational strategy.

• Overlap in Responsibilities: Assigning overlapping value streams to multiple teams, leading to confusion, unnecessary collaboration and duplication of effort.
• Undefined Boundaries: Failing to define clear operational boundaries, causing teams to overstep their roles or neglect certain areas.
• Flexible Scopes: Creating scopes that are too flexible and lead teams to work on the same tasks, resulting in inefficiencies and conflicts.
